How to Overcome Objections in an Interview
One of the things that i always do is try to direct the interview in the area of my strength and away from my weaknesses, just like if you're on a sales call. When somebody says, tell me about yourself, they're not asking for a rote encyclopaedia history. This is your opportunity to craft a narrative. If you know people are going to ask why you left a job in six months, just get that out on the front end of the process,. And the key thing is, nobody stays in a job forever. But what i want to hear is that you've left for the right reasons.
