Dod: Fuel fuelling is the piece that was missing from our puzzle until a few years ago. There's some really solid science out there to say that 30 grams of carbohydrate an hour as s is a decent level of fuelling. As it increases, you might go up to ty grams, and then even 90 grams if you are really ilet endurance athet pushing the limits in long races. We've since seen, we've got casetes on a web site, of athletes taking a hundred and ten grams of carbohydrate per hour. And i learn the hard way that all o this is very individual. You can't copy what someone else is doing. Everyone's physiology is different
