Are You Using Your Type 2a Fibers Oxidatively?
You could have a high percentage of fast twitch fibers even though you say that you are no sprinter but the reason I'm thinking that this might be an explanation is that maybe you are using your fast which fiber oxidatively. But these fibers might not be very fatigue resistant for you so you can produce massive via two values use a lot of oxygen in a short graded exercise test and then they end up fatiguing way before the end of the race. The possible counter argument for this would be thatmaybe you are very glycolidic despite not being a good sprinter simply because sprinting is about much much more than metabolism again so much is biomechanics and so much is strength actually and
