How to Make Your Best Progress

The half kneeling press, the hang, the gobbles squat into the overhead squat, the suitcase carry or the waiter walk. These are all those exercises that are the biggest bang for the buck. I do the perfect workout now three days a week and if all you did was a perfect workout, the half-nung press, three sets of eight both sides, hang 30 seconds for three rounds of that. So it's probably also it's your own coach, which is why I like to do it.
