How to Measure High Intensity Workouts?
High intensity work can be done in different ways depending on your body. The 85 to 15 rule is a good guideline for how much high intensity training you should do per week. Use as many muscle groups as possible and keep the impact low. Do two interval sessions per week, have one b 20 second intervals, and the other be one minute at intervals. Don't use sprints - they're difficult to do properly so give them some space. Make sure that three quarters of your cardio sessions are pure zone time. Even though there could be 25% overlap between zones, it's better than 3/4 or 0%. You don't want to hurt yourself by doing too much exercise with no rest
