I think that we're at a point now where it's actually we're attracting a lot of top talent, which is something that I haven't had for the last six years. So you have to associate with somebody else's brand if you don't have a strong enough one. We do leverage ours to find people for them because we have so much inbound like, hey, do you need an operator for a company? Do you need a sales manager for them? So we can just throw that back into the business. It gives us more intel on what we can do to keep a pulse on what our founders are doing.
