The Benefits of a Targeted Ketogenic Diet

The idea was that you actually use carbohydrates during your training like a parry, and then the rest of the time was keto. The issue that can be with that is it's difficult to make use of those carbohydrates if you are adapted to keto or more difficult because as a done regulation- A lack of metabolic flexibility, right? Yeah. But we know that there's going to be sub-optimal gains with a lower carbohydrate diet when it comes to bodybuilding,. but you could still make decent gains if the programming was done well.
