The Importance of Stress in Training for Menstruation

Every woman is different and this is born out in the literature because when you dig into training to menstrual cycles. The way she's going to train in her first phase, the like say the follicular phase, may be a little bit different than someone else. And maybe during the luteal phase, when toward the end,  when her recovery isn't so great, maybe that's when she'll focus more on mobility and maybe some skill work.
