A lot of people hear things like do prep work before a call and they think that means finding article this prospect has written where they basically admit to the world that they need your product. So I'll give you a hyper tactical way to accomplish this and I steal it from Mark Cosiglo at Outreach. He taught me like 10 years ago, the concept of first is best. If you have a defined ICP and you are not meant to be selling into other industries, then don't go straight up with your customer. This is an entirely different story.
