The Human Factor in Negotiating Big Deals

It's a, i was going to say it's the human aspect, right? The things tht we can do to build report and bring people to together. And that makes a lot of sense. But at the same time, it seems as though what we're doing is we're only utilizing the bot in situations where these are small spends. It's not a big deal for the company. We want them to happen in a way that doesn't take away band with from the negotiators for the bigger deals.
