Do You Feel Like You're Making a Mistake?
The first homework I ever said, people is just simply noticing homework. Just notice when that feeling shows up because there's something going on about making a mistake. So if somewhere to start would be practicing out trying to speak to yourself with a warmer, softer tone of voice. Try playing with the tone of voice and saying it out loud. Sort of noticing what happens in your body when you can soften that. There's lots of different things. Google self-compassion exercises and there's just thousands out there. They come and fall so we know that feeling will pass. It always does.
