The Importance of Solutes in Running

As we start playing with those, there's going to be a lot more trial and error for people on on their runs. And so I would say that pretty much in every race I've done the things that I bring with me to eat. Or not necessarily theThings that I want to eat once I'm out there. After a couple hours of running, I may have some bars or some gels. But just the idea of eating them doesn't sit real well in my stomach even know during training it might have. SoI certainly would recommend really listening to that, particularly when you're in a race.
