The Evolution of Obstacle Racing and Trail Running

Living through this massive period of growth in both OCR and trail running probably gives you a unique perspective. I think they're both great sports because they're relatively like how they started but that does mean that the sports are less organized than they should be. There's so many different factions that you've got Sky running UTMB series golden trail series or Royal Championship type stuff. It is really hard to sort of sum every all up so it's great in one sense and also it is tough in another sense to really be able to tell yourself that you are that good.
