Transfusing for a Plastic Crisis?
We're constantly being told not to transfuse for a number. Is there a number that would change yor mind? A number low enough? And a lot of it depends on where they if somebody usually has a hemogloban of six and a half and they go down to six, that's probably worse. Arhemoglobin less than five and a hemoglobin of two or more points less than base line.
