When we're talking about actual exercise fatigue, these are testable components. These are not like, oh, I feel really tired today or I was up late at night. That's a different kind of word. You want to talk about being lethargic and yet when they go to the gym, they've got no reduction in strength from their last workout then basically we would say you're not fatigued.
