Julian: I really enjoy squatting over in head press and therefore thrusters are a big part of my training. He says he's been taking your 10, 15, 25, 50 format for the 10K swing challenge and throwing in slam ball thrusters for 15 reps before each set of swings. To me, that sounds like a lot of volume. Is that a good compliment? It ties us back to our last question. If you can do this for six weeks, I think you're going to be way ahead of the curve.
