How to Sleep Better
Blue light blocking apps like F-Lux, I'm going to link it in the show notes or night mode. Make sure to adjust it so it goes on at least an hour before but I always recommend two hours before that's what I'm doing. As early as possible as close to sunset as possible because we are trying to synchronize our internal clock with some cycles to sleep better and optimize our performance obviously. If your lights in your place are super bright especially if they are blue that will also interact with your sleep cycles a lot.
