The first part of the dream is to give you a glimpse into where my macro nutrients are at. Next is the nutrition side. For week three, i'm actually going to play around a little bit with a more strict kedogenic ch for the parts of the week that are kind of around these simulations. I want to get a sense of just how my mind and body feels from one session to the next during these simulations when i'm keeping my carbs very low.
