Glucos is a pretty good indicator of where your insolent levels are. So people that are eating insolent spiking foods, it's safe to say that these are also gluco spiking foods at 100%. And i've starped doing an experiment with my family members. You don't have to now go to your brother and say, stop eating oatmeal. We're hoping for that soon.
