The Dose Response Relationship Between Muscle Strength and Range of Motion

The first few studies in the body literature can turn out to seem very positive, right? Especially when it comes to supplementation research. With range of motion, I think there is a case to be made that's not like, of course, there are four studies. So we're starting to have some potential ideas very tentatively of why longer muscle length training may be better for hypertrophy. We even have some regional hypertrophy data looking at that. But certainly there's plenty of cases where you have to be a bit more skeptical with your money.
