I think Nelson Mandela's leadership in those critical moments in the 1990s was absolutely sublime. He gifted South Africa something amazing and wonderful, it was self-determination. And I think we can point to many failures since 1994, but I don't think they are at their own. It's Nelson Mandela and the settlement of 1994. We failed to govern as South Africa. We continue to fail to do that.
