How Are Your Lifts With Weight Loss?

Gregg: I started my cut in february of last year. Towards the end of this month, it will be a year that the road to the stage has been active. And i am positive that i've gotten a lot weaker through that process. The primary reason why is, through a lot of that time, i just wasn't lifting, or wasn't lifting particularly hard. He says breaking his wrist and not training for a while was actually very useful.
