Why Are All These Artists Sitting Here Working at a Studio?

i feel like there is this move for people that used to work at studios thatare now just moving into innhouse. It's one of those things where the talent, and the amount of talent an artist brought to his studio, i feel ike, didn't match up with what they were compensated for. I'm not paying an agency rate any more, because i can just hire my own studio of motion designers and do that as well. The pace is a tenth of the pace that youwould expect.
