I would agree with that. Although i completely understand the idea off trying to capture leads from your experience and research what percentage of that those leads are actually followed up uon. And then you'll see other organizations where they'll the pursuit ill be half hearted, or, in fact, eh, they just cant end up in the dead letter office because it isn't good enough.
