Implementation - What's in the Roadmap?

I think it's so important for whoever you're working with to be transparent on what the system can do well, what it maybe has some drawbacks on. I have a strong preference for getting also your budget and considerations all sorted out right at the beginning of this process. We find that the things that really throw our customers off are not realizing how much preparation is required for a successful implementation.
