The Importance of Observing Skills

I think there's some common problems I guess was some common problems that we could share more of more solutions possible solutions around within rugby clubs across the whole coach, you know the whole cohort of coaches. One session this year which we just went spectacularly against what I expected. And I didn't have the patience because I hadn't thought enough about why the might not engage like that. Yeah, I just remember behaving really quite poorly in some ways and thinking, Oh God, you come away going, what have you done there?
