The Benefits of Early Morning Exercise for Sleep

Exercise is very, very good. And any time of the day, other than late at night, because it creates slow wave sleep patterns. Some research came out show that morning exercise actually has a better impact on your sleep that night than afternoon exercise does. So I think if people can do morning exercise outside in the early morning light when the sun's rays are yellowy, that's what resets the circadian rhythm.
