The only way you should be using Callistin is if you don't have access to novel beta lactam agents. So the BLBLIs and or Cefidirical, if you have something that's pan resistant to all of those novel agents, then perhaps you need to bust it outif you truly have no other option. But they're really just, thankfully,If you have access to the novel agents, I know novel is maybe not the right term.
