How to Build Confidence When Playing Tennis

It's recognising the mechanism of injury and then getting to go through situations where it simulates that situation, but they come out of it without an issue. We practice cutting with them feeling good and healthy and strong and moving into and out of those positions and actions with a good outcome. So, just building confidence is huge in the early stages. And then when you've gone through that process and built your confidence, then we'll go into like more defensive stuff. I know that there's a lot of, a lot of guys that they might have a stronger tendon or stronger ligament or whatever was injured in the first place,. It might take several years before they actually really trust it.
