Stress and Anxiety - What You Can Do About It
When there are multiple interpretations for physical sensations, the interpretation you make is going to push you in a direction that's either helpful or not helpful. If I feel my heart pounding, I will say my heart is in it because I have learned that recognizing that I care is a strength. And sometimes it shows up as enthusiasm. But what I've learned is if I'm in a state where I care, I can use it, even if what it feels like is anxiety. It has helped a lot of people who could not control it.
