Don't forget about what you think your key metrics are and who you believe your competitors are. Your customers might not see the same people as competitors, or they might know of existing solutions that you don't. It's useful to look at any other persona trate relevant to your opportunity hypothesis. For example, if your product provides a convenience service for a fee, you'll want to focus on customers who will pay for convenience.
