Lever Control - How to Really Break Your Opponent's Structure
Lever control dictates a lot of how you're going to actually be able to break your opponent's structures. If the guy still has his arm like basicl his elbow against his own rig cage, if you aren't able to extract that arm and pull it away from his body, you don't have a comora. You might have a figure four on his arm, but he could actually have more leverage over you than you have over him because he can roll you. The thing that makes that switches a who's in the driver's seat is if able to isolate that arm, you're able to take his arm, put it to your chest, use your core to pull his arm free
