How to Overestimate Your Body's Physical Qualities
For most people that are, let's say that they are doing okay. I want to be less gross for my wife. Less what? Gross. You can interpret that as you'd like. So I'm doing pretty good. I'm making some good choices with nutrition. I'm doing my best job. But I cannot sleep. How do you know? Well, I'm saying the laypersons. Because you got up and you're because I know an apple is better than apple pie or grilled fish is better than a burger. And so I'm doingpretty good on those fronts. That's another point is that you bring up as most people overestimate.
