The contact center is a crucial part of a business but it always has this reputation and culturally in an organization it's always this sort of thing on the fringes on the outskirts kind of thing would you feel the same about? Yeah I'm really surprised how rarely those two specific teams are connected at a big consumer brand. Contact center is a source of tremendous consumer insight into everything a consumer is doing with your brand. It just baffles me sometimes how I think contact center folks don't advocate for themselves enoughSometimes don't do enough kind of internal evangelism, he says.
