The Role of Fear in Panic Attacks

There actually is a correlation between a tendency toward panic or panic disorder, and a strong need for relationship for people for security. The fear that you're going to have a panic attack can become disabling. We can either kind of bump up our fear about our fear, and then life becomes smaller and we become perhaps even disabled. Or we can sort of be with ourselves in a way that acknowledges the great wisdom of the body and of pan the nature God.
