The way most people are doing cold email and I've seen it in a lot of different places is pretty outdated, right? You get leads from zoom info, whatnot, uploaded into a basic sequencer, maybe do some minimal personalization, just send it out. So go buy multiple domains, like go read up on that and fix your infrastructure. And then the hardest part is figuring out what do you have to say to these folks? Like, what do they have to say that's particularly interesting? Then you can start to do some really interesting stuff with AI.
