How Important Is Circadian Biology to Our Health?

circadian rhythms are an integrating mechanism to integrate sleep, physical activity, good nutrition and all of them together. For example, if we don't sleep well then a brain doesn't work properly to decide what to eat or how much to eat. So when we fix our circadian rhythm, then everything else falls into its right place. It becomes much easier to pay attention to nutrition, activity and sleep.
