Do Sprinters Curls Really Work?
The old fashioned leg curl allows you to train that leg bicep family like the bicep. The Art of Haney's idea is a set of 15 with a light weight, nice and slow. You go a little bit heavier without moving, then you do a set of 8 and then you go as heavy as you can and do a fast set of 4. For hamstring issues, I'm still old school on that.
