The Basic Effects of Training During a Workout
What happens when we don't have seasons to get an athlete ready? We've got a month and a half because of their coming off injury or whatever. For distance runners, you're going to either focus on two, one of two, two different types of bio motor relace. The worst thing you can do is try to fit everything in and do all the things and make up for it. There's too much variance, too much variability in the training, and the athlete doesn't know which way to respond.
