Do You Have Too Much Stress in Your Life?

I'm stressed all the time, i stress myself on the track. I love it. Just like going in getting to work out. It's a fantastic positive stresser. Do i need to fast? Or do i need restrict my carbohydrates to kitogenic level so i can kick in more stress mechanisms and an access those benefits? If we take these all as an aggregate, could it be possibly that you can err on the side of excessive stress? And i guess that's a personal reflection for everyone. A lot of people have a done something like fasting. Quito mimics fasting but is supposed to help you to eat less. Am i think fast away from your phone is a good idea
