When you have a regret, treat yourself with kindness rather than contempt. Recognize that your regrets are part of the human condition. It's very important to draw a lesson from our scour from our regrets. The challenge is that we're terrible at solving our own problems. I actually like the technique of using our crazily amazing brains ability for time travel.
