In the vert code elite, we dive pretty deep into all of these different things. I'm just going to give you the two or three for each one that I see the most often and we do these camps 500 players that you see the errors and the errors. Part of it comes from the myth that we've always got to keep our chest up. We're taught in squats. Unfortunately, sometimes in deadlifts people say keep your chest up. It's not necessarily where we want to be, especially from an injury prevention standpoint.
