i think i've got a kind of tendency towards anxiety as well. The one question i say to myself when i start to feel a bit overwhelm is like, what do i need right now? Sometimes that is getting in a bath. Sometimes it's watching crappy t v. It doesn't have to be what you think it should look like. And and how can i comfort myself that self compassion has really brought me to a point where anxiety is something that i can so swiftly move through as and when it comes. I don't know, i used to have realy bad insomnia. I still take sleeping pills quite a lotf o time. Like, i've figured out a way that works
