Each time a customer places an order with you, call him or her a week after receiving your product or service and ask how it's going. This will reduce post-purchase dissonance. What we want to do is we want to serve them. We want to recognize them. We Want to build a relationship. When you have a better relationship compared to any other service provider that is available, they're going to turn to you for advice.
