The Art of Rhythm of Company
The rhythm of company was something I had never heard of before, but it was incredible to me. It breaks your company down into what happens on a daily basis, a weekly basis, a monthly basis, a quarterly basis and a yearly basis. After we did it for the Dyrdek machine, I said, man, I want to build like one of these for my life. And I think it's really a lot easier for people to adapt than I may make it sound from time to time.
