Sleep Is So Important

i think sleep is probably the most foundational thing you can do, but for some reason everybody's out there like sleeping six hours at night. I look back on my college days, and i'd have a couple of drinks, go to sleep really late, wake up from my eight a m chemistry class and be falling asleep in class ik. Ye. So, i don'tknow, sleepand sleep a lot. It's great. And it's super basic, but it feels like maybe with our personalities, there's always room for improvement.
