The Effect of Proximity to Failure on Strength Gains

In the real world most people are not training with one or the other they're usually including all of this right whether you are doing a lot of warm upsets which would be four to six RPE for some and then you have a top set where you're doing a top set with down sets afterward. There's an integrated model of using all of these RPE's so we would be very interesting to see that in the future of like maybe a third condition that uses four to six and seven and nine but it doesn't matter too much if 7 and 9 RPE was far and away better than the other conditions.
