The Complications of the Complex
I was very confused too because we've always trained it where at least it comes in line. It just allows you to get true hip extension. Whereas if your foot to your point is in front, it's very complicated to meet the standard. So I'm always, you know, and I talked about this earlier, I think that we should just make the standards as easy as possible.
