Some of the toughest decisions, like, or conversations, i would go and meet with owners who had agreed to finally list for sale. Even though all the data and the financial modelling indicated what a price range would be, sellers still had thisma or shock. And it's really heartbreaking when you realize that all the work that you've been doing is not really going to materialize unless you do more work and consider selling at a later point. Better to just do, you know, be a searcher and devote yourself full time to just being a searcher, rather than kind of this hybrid searcher business broker or thing.
