Anxiety is like the fight or flight response, right? So our body prepares for fight or flight. One thing that sometimes creates anxiety for me is like being on a plane sometimes I get very anxious. We have to also be realistic with our options, right? Like you're not going to open the emergency exit and like jump out of the plane. And through mindfulness and getting to know like your limits and stuff, there might be time for you to ride the subway during rush hour.
